Yes! All cones are freshly made, packed and sealed in a hygienic, food-safe facility before delivery.
Our cones are best consumed within 3–4 months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture to maintain crispness.
Our cones do not contain meat or dairy ingredients, but please check the product descriptions or contact us if you have specific dietary requirements.
All our products are packed in packaging size 11 1/2 inches by 9 inches.

Returns & Support
Upon receiving the item from the courier you are to contact us immediately via email [email protected].
Including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of damage.
