Where do you deliver?

Our courier service  currently delivers across Trinidad and Tobago. For remote areas, please contact us first to confirm availability.

How long does delivery take?

At this time, we do not offer scheduled delivery times, but we try our best to deliver within a predictable window. 

Are the cones fresh?

Yes! All cones are freshly packed and sealed in hygienic, food-safe packaging before delivery.

Our cones do not contain meat or dairy ingredients, but please check the product descriptions or contact us if you have specific dietary requirements.

How long do the cones last?

Our cones are best consumed within 3–4 months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture to maintain crispness.

 Upon receiving the item from the courier you are to contact us immediately via email covenantcones@gmail.com.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of edible items.
